After selling out the theater at San Diego High School the conference had to relocate to a different venue, The Balboa Theater.  This theater was able to hold triple the amount of people as the theater at San Diego High School.  This year we had the pleasure of inviting  Javier Rodriqguez, Mariachi los Aventureros, guest singers, and Ballet Folklorio Tapatio.
